In order to meet our client’s demand adequately, the Head Office and Project Offices are staffed according to the staff requirements of projects. The level of site staff fluctuates according to the magnitude and complexity of each project.
Empire Builders & Investment Ltd or (EBL) is a limited liability company involved in the planning, designing, construction supervision and management of engineering projects and other services. It was incorporated on August 10, 2000 under the Companies’ Act 1990.
EBL is a multi-discipline, full service design company. Today, the firm undertakes several large scale complex projects in the primary designer role, providing architectural design and civil-structural engineering.
The firm provides a consortium of professional consultancy and construction services in the fields of engineering, human resources, community development/mobilization, surveying and environmental management among others. This provides the client the opportunity of engaging the services of a single consortium of professionals in a project of any magnitude and diversity. We facilitate completion of projects within time schedule without cost over run and with easy coordination. The assemblage of professionals in various disciplines who have gained wide and varied experience within the public and private sectors makes this possible.
Equipped with these professionals, EBL has been able to render pre-contract and post contract consultancy and construction services to communities, governmental and non-governmental agencies and the private sector.
At Empire Builders, we utilize a privately developed software network and application service, for our Computer Aided Architectural/Engineering Designs (CAD), Computer Aided process planning (CAPP), also for our drafting and data storage system.

Managing DirectorA very experienced economist, whose romance with the construction industry has been in the upwards of 20 years. His long sojourn in the construction industry has been a function of his natural passion for creative expression. He has galvanized and executed projects for the government and private clients and they include: Roads, Water, Housing Structures and both Mechanical and Electrical Works. He is interested in “the new approach” to building which include Metal Frame structure developments and Integrated Concrete Forms (ICT). He is dynamic and looks forward to great change in the construction industry i.e. cheaper and good quality housing and renewable energy. He oversees the daily running of Empire Builders Ltd (EBL).
Engr. Fred Igboduche - [B. Engr. (Civil) MNSE, FIBEN]
ManagerA very skilled infrastructural engineer with over 21 years experience in the design, construction and supervision of our projects, i.e. World Bank Assisted Infrastructural Development Fund facilities at Karu, Abuja, Plateau, Enugu, Ebonyi and Anambra States. As the Field/Sub-technical Manager of EBL, he is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing both office and field operation relating to projects.
Engr. Patrick Onuamah - [B. Engr. (Civil) COREN]
EngineerAn experienced civil engineer with over 15 years experience in the design and construction of infrastructure facilities for estates. His work record spans from shell Petroleum Development Company Limited where he was a senior project engineer to lecturing at UNN in the works department. He is responsible for construction and supervision of engineering projects for EBL.
